To ensure you have a comfortable stay and we keep the house standing, we've put together some important information. Please read through – we promise it won't be boring.

🚰 Water

• Water comes from a well – please use it sparingly
• It's treated with a UV lamp, so it's safe to drink
• Note: the water is soft – for longer stays, we recommend supplementing minerals (especially if you're prone to headaches)

🍳 Kitchen

Available for your use:

• Electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and other appliances
• Tea, sugar, salt, pepper, aluminum foil and baking paper
• Dish soap, sponge and dish cloth

Dishwasher:

• Tablets, salt and rinse aid are provided – just refill as needed
• If you're unsure how to operate it, instructions are next to the dishwasher

Important:

• After using the kettle, remove it from the base or unplug it
• Turn off lights and appliances – electricity in the mountains isn't free 🚀

🛁 Toiletries

Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, hand soap and toilet cleaning supplies are provided.

🔥 Heating

• Thermostats – set the temperature yourself (turn and confirm by pressing)
• Heated towel rails in bathrooms – run for 2 hours after switching on, then turn off automatically
• Fireplace – if you want to use it, please follow safe heating practices (instructions by the fireplace)
• Ventilation fans have a run-on timer – don't worry if they keep running for a while after you turn them off

⛷️ Ski Storage

• The PIN code for the ski room is the same as for your apartment and the main entrance
• You can store all your ski equipment here – we do not guarantee its security
• ⚠️ The door doesn't close on its own – push it firmly and check that it's properly closed
• Drying rack – needs to be turned on manually, no automatic shut-off – please turn it off to save energy
• E-bike charging is possible in the ski room or covered entrance

🧸 Kids

• We strive to be a baby-friendly cottage
• Kids' corner – children must be supervised by parents, parents are responsible
• ⚠️ Caution: the corner is near the stairs – please ensure safety
• Please handle toys with care so they can serve other children
• High chair available on request
• Step stools – please do not use if you weigh over 80 kg

🚗 Parking

Parking is on the property – fits approximately 10 cars (park perpendicular).

⚠️ Mountain Safety

You're in the mountains and in winter it gets slippery! Watch out especially:

• At the entrance to the house (particularly at the Nezbedné Lištičky apartment)
• On the terrace – it's as slippery as a banana peel 🍌

A snow scraper, shovel and grit are available – don't hesitate to use them.

🔒 Property Security

• Code locks – you received the code with your reservation
• Jablotron alarm – if it goes off, call us
• Outdoor areas are monitored by CCTV
• Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are in place – hopefully you won't need them
• Please look after your valuables – we don't have safes

🌙 House Etiquette

• Please don't wear shoes inside the apartment – there's a shoe rack and cleaning mat in the hallway
• The apartments are non-smoking
• Smoking outside is permitted, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly (not on the ground)
• The apartments are pet-free
• Please respect the quiet environment – we're in a mountain village and neighbors appreciate peace
• For louder celebrations and parties, the separate Nezbedné Lištičky cottage is available 😉

♻️ Waste

• Please sort your waste – plastics, paper, general
• Please take glass to the containers in the village yourself
• General waste bins are at the bottom of the hill

💡 A Few Final Tips

• Outdoor lighting and the terrace halogen are controlled by the switch near the door

• Dishes – please put them in the dishwasher
• Trash – ideally take it to the bins (at the bottom of the hill)
