Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment for Accommodation
A reservation becomes binding upon full payment of the stay. After creating your reservation, we will send you an invoice with a 14-day payment term. If there are fewer than 14 days until the start of your stay, the invoice is due immediately.
Failure to pay the invoice within the specified period will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and the dates will be released for other guests.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time by written notice (email). The decisive factor is the date the cancellation is received. Depending on the number of days remaining until the start of your stay, we will refund:

| 15–29 days | 70% |
| 7–14 days | 50% |
| Less than 7 days | 0% |
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation to the account from which the payment was received.
Date Change
If you need to change your stay dates, please contact us. We will be happy to accommodate you if the requested dates are available. Date changes are free of charge if notified at least 14 days before the original arrival date.
No-show
If you fail to arrive at the accommodation without prior notice, you are not entitled to a refund or an alternative date.
Cancellation by Us
If we are forced to cancel your reservation (force majeure, emergency repairs, etc.), we will refund 100% of the paid amount or offer you an alternative date.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2025 and apply to all reservations made through our website and the eChalupy.cz and Megaubytko.cz portals.
